The following guide will show you how to start a remote session using LogMeIn.
- Open a Google Chrome Webpage
- Go to the following link: www.logmein123.com
- Enter the Pin Code provided by the IT Support Representative and then click Start Download
- The download will start at the bottom of the screen
- Right-click on the downloading file and Click open when done
- Once you Click Open the News-Press & Gazette Company Box should pop-up
- This will prompt the IT Support Representative to ask for remote control and the following box will pop up asking to allow access, click OK.
