Following the steps below should provide you access to your company email on the iPhone Mail Application.
1. Open the settings application on your iPhone and scroll down and tap on the
Passwords & Accounts option.
2. Tap the Add Account option.
3. Tap on the Exchange option.
4. Enter your work email and description.
5. Tap on the Configure Manually option.
6. Enter your email password and click next.
- If prompted enter your mail server: mail.npgco.com
and your account user name: firstname.lastname
7. Chose what you are wanting to be displayed:
Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders
8. Click Save.
9. The account will be added. You will see it displayed in Passwords & Accounts under ACCOUNTS.
10. Open the Mail Application on your iPhone. The mailbox should now be available.

I accidentally deleted my work e-mail from my cell phone. Following the instructions above and a little extra time with getting the passwords all correct, got the e-mail back on my phone.
It is great to have this resource so that I do not tie up an IT person from a very real problem.
