Wide Orbit 9.0 Upgrade

On Monday, 4/3/2017, Wide Orbit was upgraded to 9.0.  This upgrade also requires a client upgrade on your workstation to be compatible.  In most cases, the client will upgrade automatically through a process call Live Update.  In some cases, Live Update does not work (for instance, if you are accessing Wide Orbit through a VPN).  In those cases you must update your client manually.

Manually Upgrading your Client

Click on the following link: http://updates.wideorbit.com/woclients/9000/WOTraffic900(540487GA6).exe

    * Username: wotraffic

    * Password: wo9000traffic

Run the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • I cannot do the above steps because it asks for an admin password.
