Hot Desk Login/Logout

Hot Desk is a feature that allows you to use any office phone to receive calls at your extension and public phone number. 

To log into a phone with your extension, press the services button:

Choose the Hotdesk Login option:

Enter your extension and press submit:

Your phone will restart and come back up with your name and extension listed. Please submit a ticket if it is mislabeled at go.npgco.com/help

Your phone is now logged in and can be used in normal operation.  Please see the other guides for help with using your phone or you can submit a helpdesk ticket at go.npgco.com/help if you still need assistance.

To log out of your phone, Press the services button and choose Hotdesk Logout:

This will configure the phone for a default extension configured for your location.  Calls cannot be made from this extension except to 911.
