Parallels ENPS Log Off Guide

When using ENPS through the Parallels Client on either a Mac or PC the program should be properly shut down when not in use to avoid issues. Simply closing the program will not correctly log you out of the session. Below is the recommended way to end the Parallels ENPS session when you are done with your work for the night or leaving your desk for an extended period of time. 

MAC

1. When you are done with your work move your mouse to the sessions tab and the top of the screen and click it to open its drop-down menu.

2. On the drop-down menu, you need to click either Log Off or Log Off All RAS Sessions. Doing this will properly end your ENPS session. 

WINDOWS

1. When you are done with your work click the up arrow down by the clock in the bottom-right of your computer screen. 

2. Right-click on the Parallels Client Icon

3. After you have right-clicked on the icon a list of options will come up. Click on Log Off All Sessions. Doing this will properly end your ENPS session.
