- Login to VMware Horizon Client until you see the WO Media Sales Icon / WOTraffic Icon.
- Click on the “settings” on the top right. It has a gear icon.
- On the screen that pops up, make sure “Applications” is selected on the left-hand side. It probably is by default.
- Click the “Reset” button on the right-hand side (you might have to scroll down)
- Click “Yes” on the popup confirming you want to reset.
