Voicemail to Email

If you would like to have your voicemail go to your email, instead of your phones voicemail box, you can submit a ticket requesting that your voicemail goes to your email.  Please include your extension and the email address in the ticket for faster processing.  

Voicemails will no longer be stored on the voicemail server when this option is enabled.  You will not be able to listen to voicemails from your desk phone any longer.  If you need your voicemails to go to both your phone and email, you can ask for that as well.  Please take note that deleting your voicemail from your email will not delete it from the voicemail server.  You will need to manage both locations.
