Phone Directories

You can access the phone directories by pressing the directories button on your phone.

Missed Calls - Option 1

Lists calls that rang your phone but were not picked up.

Recieved Calls - Option 2

Lists calls that were answered by your phone.

Placed calls - Option 3

Lists calls that were placed by your phone.

Local Directory - Option 4

Use this option to search for employee extensions at your location.  You will be prompted for the first 3 letters of their last name.  If you are looking for John Doe, you would dial in 363 and press submit.  All matches will be listed.

Corporate Directory - Option 5

Use this option to search for employee extensions at all of our supported locations.  You will be prompted for the first 3 letters of their last name.  If you are looking for John Doe, you would dial in 363 and press submit.  All matches will be listed.

Personal Directory - Option 6

Here you can setup a personal directory of numbers you dial often.    You will have the option to press the "New" softkey to enter the name and number.

You can dial 411 from your phone to get a company directory.
