Description
Primary ISP in Santa Barbara went down and the firewall did not fail over to the backup.
Services Affected
Internet and network services were unavailable. We were able to get traffic routed out the secondary ISP, however this is only providing internet access.

Resolution
Level 3 repaired the circuit and tunnels are back up and working.
